Why I Started Seelworks

I started Seelworks to give business owners a clearer, calmer way to handle their books. After years of working in accounting and property operations, I saw the same pattern: people who cared deeply about their business—but felt overwhelmed by the backend. My goal is to bring structure to that chaos.

I specialize in bookkeeping and financial operations for real estate investors, multi-entity portfolios, and independent business owners. My background includes managing finances for portfolios ranging from 500 to over 78,000 residential units, leading lease-ups, overseeing AR/AP, and building accounting systems from the ground up. I’ve served as a senior operations manager, a remote property accountant, and now—as the person you’ll talk to directly here at Seelworks.

I’m based in Northern Colorado and partner closely with clients throughout the state. Whether you’re behind on your books or just need clean, consistent support going forward, I’m here to help you get clear and stay clear—without shame, pressure, or jargon.
